Service Description
Manyfold provides specialised content optimisation services focused on:
- SEO Delivery: Search engine optimisation including technical alignment, content strategy, and performance measurement
- LEO Delivery: Language model engine optimisation including entity structuring, semantic markup, and AI comprehension signals
- Content Production: Creation of content optimised for both human readers and machine understanding
Service Agreements
Scope of Work: Each engagement will be defined by a Statement of Work or Service Agreement detailing deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide necessary access, content, and timely feedback to enable service delivery.
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify our services with reasonable notice to clients.
Payment Terms
Fees: Service fees will be outlined in your Service Agreement. All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in your Service Agreement, typically requiring payment within 30 days of invoice.
Late Payment: Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law and may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
Client Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide. By engaging our services, you grant us a licence to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to deliver services.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom content created specifically for you. We retain rights to methodologies, tools, and processes used.
Portfolio Rights: We may reference our work with you in case studies and marketing materials unless confidentiality is explicitly agreed.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, data, and business details. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Performance and Results
No Guarantees: Whilst we employ best practices and proven methodologies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or AI model citations due to factors outside our control.
Third-Party Changes: Search engine and AI model algorithms are controlled by third parties and may change without notice, affecting results.
Best Efforts: We commit to delivering services professionally and to industry standards using current best practices.
Termination
By Client: You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for fees accrued up to the termination date.
By Manyfold: We may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to make payment.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, we will provide final deliverables for work completed and paid for. Ongoing services will cease.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manyfold and Fold Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manyfold, Fold Digital, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
